1. How long are shipping Times?
- How long are shipping times? We strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and shipped within 5 to 10 business days. Once shipped, please allow approximately one additional week for your package to reach your doorstep.
- Where do items ship from? To offer a curated selection of unique styles and high-quality pieces, we fulfill orders from both our U.S. facility and select international production partners.
- What if an item is out of stock? In the event that a specific color or size is momentarily out of stock at our main U.S. location, we may fulfill your order directly from our international partner to avoid a long backorder delay. This ensures you receive your exact selection without waiting for a full domestic restock.
- Tracking your order: You will receive a tracking number as soon as your label is created. Please note that for items shipping from our international partners, there may be a brief period where tracking updates are less frequent while the package is in flight or clearing customs. Updates will resume normally once the package is handed off to the domestic carrier (such as USPS).
2. What's your return policy?
- Since we are covering the initial shipping charges, return shipping would be the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on our part.
- We will accept returns/exchanges of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging if initiated by email request within seven days of receiving all items in the order.
- If it is a split package order, it will start from the final package delivery date.
- All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale.
- Once the return is approved, you will have 5 days to send the item back.
- Once we receive the items back, we will process the return and refund the balance to your account.
- You will see the refund back onto your original form of payment within 2-3 business days, but times may vary depending on each bank.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each product. However, sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation.
4. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if you didn't get the exact product you expected, let us know, and we'll work together to find a suitable solution.
