1. How long are shipping times?
Your products will ship within five to ten days of your order and take up to one week after that to reach your doorstep. If a product is expected to take longer than usual, it will be specified in the product description.
2. What's your return policy?
Since we are covering the initial shipping charges, return shipping would be the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on our part.
We will accept returns/exchanges of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging if initiated by email request within seven days of receiving all items in the order.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the final package delivery date.
All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale.
Once the return is approved, you will have 5 days to send the item back.
Once we receive the items back, we will process the return and refund the balance to your account.
You will see the refund back onto your original form of payment within 2-3 business days, but times may vary depending on each bank.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each product. However, sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation.
4. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if you didn't get the exact product you expected, let us know, and we'll work together to find a suitable solution.
